How long does the shipping take?

The International Shipping that is offered by Novaliya takes between 4-12 business days (4-7 business days on average *based on 10 000+ orders).

* However, if your shipping address is an island or a remote area the shipping time could be extended with extra 3-5 business days.


If there are shipping delays that can be clearly seen on your order's Track & Trace page, please inform us on info@novaliya.shop and we will assist you with estimating the date of delivery and identifying issues with your package.

* Please note that Novaliya.shop is not responsible for getting in touch with the last-mile carrier in the following scenarios: the customer has entered invaild delivery address, there is a delay due to holidays, the package was delivered to the address, but someone else, who is not the customer has accepted it.

 


When are orders fulfilled?

Novaliya's Fulfillment Department operates from Monday to Friday. After receiving your order details and your payment the fulfillment department will usually dispatch the ordered items within 24 hours.

*Please note that right before Holidays there might be more volume and the fulfillment team might need 1-3 business days to dispatch your order.

Of course, you can continue shopping at any time and return to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Shopping cart" icon at the top right.
Please note that items in your shopping basket do not mean they are reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the shopping basket at the top right to go to your NOVALIYA items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. This will take you to the checkout. Here you can fill in all your details on one page.

* Please note: once you have completed your order (6+ hours, after the order was placed have passed), you can no longer change it because it will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

 


What are the shipping costs?

Novaliya.shop takes care of the shipping costs for every order, which value exceeds 19.99 USD, so the Shipping is Free.

If the value of the items in your order is below 19.99 USD, there is a Standard Shipping Fee: 5.99 USD. We strive to be an environmentally-friendly company, which requires us to reduce the carbon emissions, generated by shipping of multiple orders per customer and that's why we try to stimulate our customers to combine the products they need in a single order.

However, if a Standard Free Shipping is not applicable for a certain product the Shipping Fee can be found on the checkout page, after a delivery address is entered.

* The Standard Shipping Rate can differ for Islands and Remote Addresses. In this case the total Shipping Fee will be displayed on the checkout page, after the delivery address is entered.

* Please note that you do pay the shipping costs including track & trace for returning your item.

 

Can I track my package?

Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, where you will receive a link by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

* Please note that It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.



Delivery time

Delivery time for shipments to the USA, CA, UK, AU, NZ is between 4 and 12 working days.



Track your package online

We like to keep you informed. That is why you can track your order online as soon as it leaves our warehouse.



Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship the order as quickly as possible, so there is always a small chance of correcting an incorrect delivery address, if the order has not been dispatched yet.

 

Change of shipping address

If more than 6 hours have passed, since you've placed your order, we apologize that we will be unable to successfully change the address of your order.

But this can still be fixed! When the tracking link shows that the package is IN TRANSIT, you can contact the last-mile shipping carrier and figure out the correct address.



Lost or stolen parcels

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If the tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address, but you have not yet received your order, please report it. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, the shipping carrier should start investigating the matter and keep you informed until the investigation is completed.
